BKT Unveils New Off-Highway Tire Solutions at The Tire Cologne 2026

Global off-highway tire manufacturer BKT (Balkrishna Industries Ltd.) presented an expanded portfolio of specialized tire solutions at The Tire Cologne 2026, highlighting its continued commitment to innovation across the agriculture, construction, earthmoving, forestry, port handling and industrial sectors. The company welcomed visitors at its nearly 400-square-meter exhibition stand in Hall 6.1, where several new products made their public debut.

One of the exhibition's highlights was the introduction of the EARTHMAX SR 30 M, a new tire developed for medium-sized wheel loaders operating in construction and industrial environments. According to BKT, the tire combines excellent traction, improved operator comfort and reduced rolling resistance, helping customers lower fuel consumption while maintaining high productivity under demanding working conditions.

BKT also showcased the new SKID MAX SR 720, designed for skid steer loaders working on construction sites and in industrial applications. Another key innovation was the MAGLIFT PLUS, a next-generation solid tire for forklifts that offers increased durability and lower maintenance requirements in intensive material handling operations.

For the agricultural sector, BKT displayed several of its flagship products, including the AGRIMAX V-FLECTO and AGRIMAX PROCROP ranges, while visitors from the transport and logistics industries were introduced to the PORTMAX PM 93 PLUS, developed specifically for container handling equipment at ports and terminals. The forestry segment was represented by the robust FORESTMAX tire, and winter operations were addressed with the RIDEMAX FROST, featuring a specially engineered cold-resistant compound for enhanced grip on snow and ice.

Lucia Salmaso, Managing Director of BKT Europe, emphasized that every product displayed at the exhibition had been developed to meet the specific operational requirements of different industries.

The presentation at The Tire Cologne underlines BKT's strategy of expanding its global presence in the off-highway tire market through application-specific product development and continuous investment in research and development. As demand for specialized tires continues to grow worldwide, the company is strengthening its portfolio across multiple industries while reinforcing its position as one of the leading manufacturers of off-highway tire solutions.
