Delticom Advances AI Strategy as Shareholders Approve 2025 Dividend
Delticom AG, Europe's leading online tyre and complete wheel retailer, has approved a dividend of €0.12 per share for the 2025 financial year following shareholder approval at the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting also reaffirmed Delticom's long-term strategy of transforming from a traditional online retailer into an AI-supported, automated service platform for the tyre industry.
Shareholders approved all agenda items by a large majority, with 56.01% of the company's share capital represented at the AGM. In addition, Michael Thöne-Flöge was confirmed as a member of the Supervisory Board.
Delticom reported 2025 Group revenue of €483.7 million, slightly above the previous year's €481.6 million. Operating EBITDA reached €20.1 million, while consolidated net income amounted to €4.1 million, reflecting the company's continued focus on profitability despite challenging market conditions.
During his presentation, Management Board member Andreas Prüfer emphasized that operational efficiency and digitalization remain key priorities for the company.
"Building on this foundation, we are now moving forward with determination: We are systematically transforming Delticom from an online retailer into an automated, AI-supported service platform to secure our leading market position in Europe for the long term," Prüfer said.
The strategic transformation includes further investments in digital process automation, artificial intelligence, and scalable online services designed to improve customer experience and operational efficiency across Delticom's European business.
Through its brands Reifendirekt, MotorradreifenDirekt, and Autoreifenonline, Delticom operates more than 340 online shops and sales platforms in 68 countries, serving over 20 million customers. The company's product portfolio includes around 600 tyre brands and more than 80,000 tyre models, making it one of the world's largest online tyre retailers.
Looking ahead, Delticom plans to publish its 2026 Half-Year Report on 13 August 2026, providing further insights into the company's progress and financial performance.
