Dunlop Expands Original Equipment Partnership with Beta Motorcycles
Dunlop Motorcycle Europe and Beta Motorcycles have strengthened their long-standing collaboration by selecting the latest Dunlop Geomax tires as original equipment across several of Beta's new trial and motocross motorcycles. The agreement further reinforces Dunlop's position as a leading supplier of premium off-road motorcycle tires.
For Beta's Evo and Sincro trial motorcycles, the new Dunlop Geomax TL01 will now be fitted as standard, replacing the previous D803GP. The Geomax TL01 has been developed specifically for modern trial riding, combining a high-grip rubber compound with an advanced tread block design that maintains optimal contact on steep and uneven terrain. According to Dunlop, the tire delivers exceptional traction, stability and rider confidence in demanding off-road conditions.
In the motocross segment, Beta has selected the Dunlop Geomax MX34 as standard equipment for its complete RX model range, including both two-stroke (250cc and 350cc) and four-stroke (250cc and 450cc) motorcycles. Designed primarily for intermediate terrain, the MX34 offers excellent versatility across soft mud, loose soil and harder-packed surfaces, providing consistent grip and precise handling.
Donato Miglio, Race Team Manager for Trial at Beta Motorcycles, described the Geomax TL01 as a significant step forward in performance, noting that many Beta factory riders already rely on the tire in competition because of its outstanding grip and stability. Fabrizio Dini, Race Team Manager for Motocross and Enduro, added that the Geomax MX34 delivers improved traction and handling while giving riders greater confidence and control on a wide variety of race tracks.
Miguel Morais, Original Equipment Manager at Dunlop Motorcycle Europe, said the expanded agreement demonstrates Beta's confidence in Dunlop's latest off-road technology. He emphasized that original equipment partnerships allow more riders to experience the performance of the Geomax range from the moment they take delivery of their motorcycles.
The announcement reflects the growing importance of original equipment partnerships in the off-road motorcycle market, where manufacturers increasingly rely on premium tire technology to optimize performance, safety and rider experience straight from the factory. For Dunlop, the collaboration with Beta further strengthens its presence in the highly competitive trial and motocross segments.
