Marangoni Strengthens Presence in Morocco with New Greenline Tyres Partnership

Marangoni has expanded its presence in North Africa through a new partnership with Greenline Tyres, a tyre retreading company based in Tangier, Morocco. The collaboration marks another step in the company's strategy to strengthen its international Ringtread partner network and support sustainable tyre lifecycle management in key regional markets.

As part of the agreement, Greenline Tyres has joined the Marangoni Ringtread network and will implement Marangoni's retreading technology and materials for commercial vehicle tyres. The partnership is intended to provide transport operators in Morocco with access to high-quality retreading solutions that extend tyre life while reducing operating costs and environmental impact.

Morocco has become an increasingly important market for the commercial transport sector, driven by expanding logistics activities and its strategic location connecting Europe and Africa. By working with an established local retreader, Marangoni aims to strengthen its regional presence while supporting fleet operators with reliable and sustainable tyre management solutions.

The cooperation also reflects the growing demand for premium retreaded tyres in North Africa. Retreading enables fleets to maximise the service life of tyre casings, reduce raw material consumption and lower CO₂ emissions compared with purchasing new tyres, making it an important component of the circular economy in the tyre industry.
