Michelin Thailand Celebrates Employee Innovation with InnovaGO Awards 2025

Michelin Thailand has recognized its most innovative employees during the InnovaGO Awards 2025, celebrating a company-wide culture of continuous improvement that generated more than 2,100 ideas across Michelin's operations in Thailand.

The InnovaGO initiative encourages employees at every level of the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and transform ideas into practical solutions that benefit the business, its workforce and the environment. According to Michelin Thailand, innovation is viewed not as the responsibility of a select group, but as a mindset shared by every employee.

This year's program concluded with 19 award-winning projects, recognizing employees whose ideas demonstrated outstanding creativity, initiative and measurable impact. The awards highlight innovations that support Michelin's commitment to creating value for People, Profit and Planet, reinforcing the company's broader sustainability and operational excellence objectives.

The InnovaGO program is designed to empower employees to continuously ask, "What can I improve today?" By encouraging experimentation and knowledge sharing, Michelin aims to strengthen collaboration while driving improvements in manufacturing, quality, safety, productivity and sustainability.

With more than 2,100 submissions, the 2025 edition demonstrates the strong engagement of Michelin Thailand's workforce and underlines the importance of employee-driven innovation in maintaining competitiveness within the global tyre industry.
