NEXEN TIRE strengthens European business with new leadership appointments

NEXEN TIRE has announced a series of strategic leadership appointments across its European organization, reinforcing its commitment to expanding its market presence, strengthening customer relationships and driving sustainable growth throughout the region.

Effective August 1, 2026, Dr. Guido Hüffer has been appointed Managing Director of NEXEN TIRE EUROPE s.r.o. Reifenhandel – Germany Branch. Bringing more than 18 years of leadership experience in the tire industry, Dr. Hüffer has held a variety of national and international management roles with expertise in sales management, retail and franchise operations, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and business development. In his new role, he will lead the company's expansion in the DACH region, develop its business across all sales channels and support long-term growth through a strong customer focus, collaborative leadership and a pragmatic approach.

At the same time, Jeffrey Kim will continue serving as Vice President Europe Sales Central & East at NEXEN TIRE Europe. He will remain responsible for the company's sales strategy and business development across Central and Eastern Europe, strengthening customer relationships and supporting continued regional growth.

In Poland, Ricky Lee has been appointed Managing Director of NEXEN TIRE Poland, succeeding Taehoon Lee. He will oversee the Polish organization, further expand the company's market position, accelerate sustainable business growth and strengthen partnerships with distribution and retail partners.

Meanwhile, HyunJe Cho has been named Managing Director of NEXEN TIRE France & Spain, succeeding Francis (Woo Sung) Ham. He will lead the company's operations in both markets, focusing on business development, customer engagement and supporting long-term growth across Southern Europe.

According to NEXEN TIRE, the appointments reflect the company's ongoing investment in experienced leadership and its strategy to strengthen customer relationships, accelerate business development and support sustainable growth across its European markets.

As NEXEN TIRE continues to expand its footprint in Europe, the new management structure is expected to enhance regional decision-making, improve customer proximity and further strengthen the company's position in one of its most important global markets.
