Prinx Chengshan Reshapes Leadership with New Executive Structure

Prinx Chengshan Holdings has announced a significant leadership change that will take effect on 1 August 2026, marking a new chapter in the company's corporate development. Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Che Baozhen will step down from his role as CEO, while remaining an Executive Director to focus on the company's long-term global strategy and international expansion initiatives.

As part of the management restructuring, Jiang Xizhou has been appointed to the newly established position of President. The move is designed to strengthen the company's executive management structure by separating strategic leadership from day-to-day operational responsibilities, supporting Prinx Chengshan's continued growth in international markets.

Jiang brings extensive experience in tire manufacturing and industrial operations. Since joining Prinx Chengshan in 2019, he has held several senior leadership positions, including Executive Vice President and Executive President. During his tenure, he has overseen manufacturing, technology, and operational management while contributing to the company's production efficiency and business expansion. Before joining Prinx Chengshan, Jiang held multiple executive positions within Giti Tire, building more than three decades of experience in the tire industry.

Meanwhile, Che Baozhen's transition reflects a strategic shift rather than a departure from the business. By focusing on the company's global development strategy, he is expected to play a key role in advancing overseas investments, strengthening international partnerships, and supporting Prinx Chengshan's long-term competitiveness in the global tire market.

The leadership adjustment comes as tire manufacturers continue to expand production capacity outside China and invest in new technologies, sustainability initiatives, and global supply chains. With a revised executive structure, Prinx Chengshan aims to enhance operational efficiency while reinforcing its position as an increasingly competitive player in the international tire industry.
